The courtyard is enclosed; however, guests remain responsible for the supervision and safety of their pets at all times.

Additional cleaning or damage will be charged accordingly if applicable.

Quiet hours
The building carries sound, so we ask that noise is kept low between:
8:00pm – 7:00am

Before you leave
We don’t expect you to clean the house—but a few small things help us keep it lovely for the next guests:

Please switch off heating, lights, and appliances when heading out and at check-out

Pop any used dishes in the dishwasher and run it before you leave
Leave the space in a generally tidy and respectful condition

This is a carefully restored space and means a lot to us — thank you for helping us keep it that way.

The Kitchen

A fully equipped kitchen designed for easy, unfussy stays — whether you’re cooking a proper meal or just putting together something simple.

It includes a full stove and oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and all the essentials you’d expect, with generous bench space and a central island that makes the whole room feel open and easy to use.

Morning light comes through the original arched windows, and the space opens out to the courtyard — so it never feels closed in, even when you’re doing very little at all.
